Valentine's Day Party

Today was our Valentine's Day Party. The kids had fun playing games, opening cards and eating sweet treats. Hopefully they didn't eat too much sugar! I would like to thank everyone who joined us for the party and sent treats. The kids had a great time. Here are some pictures from the party.

During the party they tried to see how many candy hearts their group could stack. I think one table stacked about 20 hearts.

Ms. Bean

Ms. Bean works with University of Illinois Extension. She will visit our class for a total of six days. She teaches food and nutrition concepts each week. She always brings a healthy snack for the students to try. Here are a couple pictures of the kids making a healthy pizza snack.
